AMARI Easter Brunch in Las Vegas

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop invites guests to hop on over and enjoy a festive Easter brunch priced at $49 per person.

Available only from 11 am to 2:30 pm on Sunday, April 20.

AMARI Las Vegas 2025 Easter Brunch Offerings:

The first course is designed for sharing with options including:

• Arancini milanese.
• Filled pork sausage.
• Smoked mozzarella, topped with Calabrian aioli.
• Herb focaccia with pesto, ricotta and a vibrant fruit jam.

The second course offers both breakfast and lunch options, including:

• Steak and eggs, topped with salsa verde and crisped potatoes
• Beef cheek hash with salsa rossa, campari tomatoes, and feta alongside a crispy polenta cake
• Vegetarian quiche
• Chicken parmesan
• Rigatoni with beef and pork bolognese topped with nutmeg ricotta
• Sea bass with caramelized fennel, uni butter and orzo
• Campanelle tossed in basil pesto with campari tomatoes and ricotta salata.

Guests can end the meal with a refreshing citrus torta.

A kids’ menu will be offered for children up to 10 years old.
