Bottiglia’s Easter Brunch in Las Vegas

Head over to Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch, this Easter weekend to enjoy Brunch in the whimsical-themed decorated venue.

Kid Easter Brunch at Bottiglia (Sat, April 19):

Guests can celebrate with an Easter Bunny meet-and-greet, face painting, a balloon art show, and other festive surprises throughout the day. This brunch will have fun activities for the whole family to enjoy and celebrate Easter.

Easter Day Brunch (Sun, April 20):

Both the brunch and dinner menus will offer exclusive specials, such as carrot cake pancakes with lemon zest and cream cheese icing available during brunch.

All-day specials include:

• Arancini formaggi, made with a blend of mozzarella, Parmigiano, pecorino, provolone, and fontina, served with pesto and garlic aioli, priced at $19.
• King crab manicotti featuring lemon béchamel, asiago, zucchini, sun-dried tomato beurre blanc and lemon basil breadcrumbs, priced at $42.
• Bistecca Fiorentina, a Tuscan porterhouse served with a mixed salad tossed in lemon capri dressing with shaved ricotta salata, pepperoncini, and Mediterranean olives, is priced at $56.
• For dessert, guests can indulge in the chocolate Easter egg filled with candy pieces and silky chocolate mousse, priced at $15.
