Father’s Day at AMAYA Modern Mexican

Celebrate Father’s Day in a festive style at Amaya Modern Mexican located at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas!

Michelin-starred Chef Jason McLeod will put his twist on upscale Mexican cuisine with dishes that will be exclusively available on Father’s Day.

Morita-crema lamb chops served alongside a cilantro salad, crispy baked potato, and fried chickpeas, priced at $49. A decadent dessert, a cigarro de papa, will feature a crunchy phyllo shell filled with dark chocolate Añejo mousse, priced at $18.

Raise a glass to Dad with the Smoked Oaxacan Old Fashioned, a rich, smoky blend of Flecha Azul Añejo, chocolate mole bitters, and orange bitters, priced at $20.
